    UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Anesthesiology team, located in Colorado Springs, CO, are ready to welcome a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time, and focused on excellent patient care.     Position Details Include: Our Anesthesia Team Enjoys a collaborative medical direction work environment. Work in a Level 1 & 3 Trauma Facility and ASCs. Available schedule is 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, 1 weekend, and 2-3 swing shifts per five weeks. No overnight call. Wide variety of case mix: ortho, neuro, spine, GI, GU, plastics, vascular, general surgery, gynecology, and OB. No experience required. Epic EMR is utilized system-wide.     Requirements for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Master of Science and graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program. Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Anesthetist. Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either the HHS/OIG or the GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association Exceptional Benefits
    This position offers a competitive compensation package: The pay range for this full-time position is $232,960 - $305,427 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Starting bonus up to $30,000. This opportunity is eligible for an additional stipend for evenings and weekend shifts. Annual Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP) of up to $10,000. Relocation bonus of up to $10,000, if eligible. Paid malpractice. Continuing medical education (CME) of up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually. 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible. We are only considering those who will be board-eligible or board-certified in both pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. At UCHealth we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible. Enjoy a 60/40 mix of inpatient pulmonary and critical care work and outpatient pulmonary medicine. The group has pulmonary clinics in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley Colorado (30 minute radius). Inpatient services include Medical Center of the Rockies (level 1 trauma, currently expanding both ICU and inpatient beds with new tower construction to be completed 2026), Poudre Valley Hospital and Greeley Hospital. Practice model includes integrated APPs, with a focus on inpatient support. Weekend and weeknight call is split evenly amongst the team, which includes one dedicated nocturnist. Average call burden is 2 -3 call nights per month, and 1 in 5 weekends on daytime inpatient service. EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
