Responsibilities:
Follow picking instructions from a handheld devicePick correct garments for customer orders according to the hand-held device’s instructions. Enter quantity picked into scannerUnload incoming shipments. Stage and sort shipmentsVerify and inspect shipments as per Tyndale Receiving GuidelinesRecord and properly complete internal and external paperworkLabel garments with barcodes as neededPut away material following established put-away proceduresSeparate orders into groups or singles in preparation for shippingPerform visual inspection verifying garments match items ordered on the packing list, also checking for matching logos and hemmingScan bar codes on the packing list and garmentsRead and verify any notes on the packing listCommunicate issues to management in a timely mannerMake boxes/bags and pack orders after scanning, including all paperwork. Tyndale is hiring a Full-Time Retail Store Trimmer in Midland/Odessa store to provide top-notch prepare garments in the final stage of embroidery by trimming loose threads, removing lint and folding items neatly and bagged up to be ready for customer pickup. In addition, the Retail Store Trimmer will assist in providing customer service to Tyndale’s retail customers making recommendations regarding our FR and non-FR apparel. They will ensure our customers are kept safe and that they’ve enjoyed a smooth retail shopping experience.
