ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Tyler Johns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm and cold leadshave needs-based conversation with prospects & customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needsLeadership and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivatedDetail orientedWillingness to engage in sales conversationsAbility to work in a team environmentProperty and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain)Life & Health licensed (must be able to obtain)
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
