Responsibilities
Plan activities that are developmentally appropriateDesign a daily and weekly lesson planProvide basic care, handwashing, hygiene care, diapering, potty training, and toilet assistanceEvaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestonesCommunicate with parents and update them on their children’s activitiesQualifications
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare providerStrong understanding of child developmentPatient, kind, and nurturingExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFirst aid/CPR certified
