This team will be providing thoughtful, accurate, and compassionate support to individuals navigating healthcare access and public benefit-related services. Core Responsibilities: Patient Interactions-Make outbound calls and respond to to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. Information Management- Accurately collect and maintain patient information, including demographics, insurance details, and medical history, in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Appointment Coordination-Coordinate schedules with healthcare providers to optimize appointment availability and minimize wait times for patients.
