    About the Role

    The Junior Buyer will be responsible for sourcing spot buy purchases and replenishing inventory items in a production supply crib located on the site of our client. This is a Monday-Friday position, 1st shift.

    What You'll Do:

    Coordinate customer needs Identify and select vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and place ordersManage inventoryIdentify cost savings initiativesResolve purchasing problems with vendors

    What You'll Bring

    High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of purchasing practices and proceduresKnowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the siteExperience in preparing and analyzing technical specifications and bidsExcellent customer service skillsSourcing experienceOrganization and strong attention to detailAbility to be flexible Ability to lift up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

    About the Role

    The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the production supply crib work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards of the customer.


    What You'll Do

    Manage tool crib replenishmentManage MRO purchasing in partnership with the customerOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the siteRecruit, hire, manage and supervise staffIdentify and execute large-scale/long-term cost savings initiativesLiaison between customer and vendorsCreate and maintain detailed documentation and site reportsGrow THIS’s business on site. Assure that vendors are delivering up to expectation


    What You'll Bring

    Associates Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred At least one year of experience with purchasing practices and proceduresAt least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staffBilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the siteExperience in integrated supplyIndependent thinker and learnerAbility to multi-task while paying attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectationsSourcing experienceOrganized and ability to be flexible
