About the Role
The Crib Attendant will be responsible for maintaining and issuing the tools and supplies used in the production supply crib located on the site of our client in Anasco, PR. This is a Monday-Friday, 1st shift position.

About the Role
The Senior Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of projects and operations at various job sites. This leadership role ensures the efficient and safe delivery of electrical products, services, and solutions to clients, while coordinating teams and managing site logistics. The Senior Site Manager is accountable for maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and safety, as well as ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage all site operations related to the installation, maintenance, and distribution of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently toward project goals.Develop and implement site-specific plans and strategies to ensure the safe and timely execution of electrical distribution projects.Act as the primary point of contact between the customer, the internal team, and third-party contractors, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues or delays as they arise.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, conducting site safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.Manage inventory, materials, and equipment needed for the site, ensuring that all supplies are available and properly stored to avoid project delays.Oversee budget management for each project, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits and that financial reporting is accurate and timely.Review and approve site documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, change orders, and safety reports.Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, including any risks, challenges, or changes to scope.Resolve any on-site challenges, whether technical, logistical, or personnel-related, and escalate as necessary to senior leadership for assistance.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in project execution and operations.What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in a site management role within the electrical distribution, construction, or utilities industry.Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including materials, processes, and technologies used in integrated supply and delivery.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of varying sizes, including subcontractors and multi-disciplinary staff.Proven track managing large-scale projects, with experience in overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources.In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements, with the ability to enforce these protocols on-site.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with project management tools, reporting software, and standard industry technologies.What We Offer
