The Electrical Construction Superintendent is a fixed-term role supporting a major construction restart program with an anticipated duration of 12 months. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this individual will serve as a key member of the construction management team and will oversee all day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate electrical installations and systems throughout the project, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Review and enforce adherence to project plans, drawings, specifications, and construction standards. Partner with field engineering personnel to inspect electrical work and verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Identify and address construction deficiencies or deviations to minimize delays and maintain productivity. Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications and provide constructability feedback. Maintain and submit daily construction reports documenting progress, labor hours, equipment usage, weather conditions, permits, inspections, and other project records. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution. Serve as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, project stakeholders, and the construction management team. Provide direction, oversight, and coordination to contractors and site personnel. Participate in daily and weekly planning and coordination meetings. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to the Construction Management Team. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of four (4) years of electrical construction supervision experience, preferably within mining, industrial, or heavy construction environments. Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale electrical installations and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, equipment, and industry best practices. Familiarity with mine safety regulations (MSHA) and environmental compliance standards. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. Under general supervision, the Senior Environmental Engineer provides technical leadership and project management for environmental and hydrogeologic programs. You will serve as both a technical expert and project leader, managing complex environmental projects from concept through execution.
This role involves groundwater and surface water investigations, regulatory compliance, environmental risk assessment, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
