    Job Summary -
    We are hiring a skilled Paving Equipment Operator to operate machinery used in the construction and maintenance of asphalt roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role requires safe and efficient operation of paving equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and compactors. The ideal candidate has experience in road construction, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

    Key Responsibilities -

    Safely operate various types of heavy equipment including Mini excavators, Pavers, Skid steers and Forklifts depending on the project needsPerform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report issues promptlyLoad, unload, and position equipment safely on job sitesWork with the paving crew to ensure even asphalt distribution, proper compaction, and smooth finishFollow grade markers and layout specifications to achieve desired slope and thicknessMaintain control of speed, feed, and depth of material applicationAssist with handwork or labor duties when equipment is not in useComply with all safety regulations, traffic control procedures, and company policiesCommunicate clearly with crew members and foreman during paving operationsPerform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications/Requirements -

    Key Responsibilities -
