We are a growing lawn treatment company seeking an individual with experience in professional lawn treatments to join our team. We do not mow grass or do landscaping. However, professional lawn mowing and landscaping experience can be helpful.
Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products safely and effectively to ensure optimal lawn health with walking application equipment AND sprayers.May include operating ride-on fertilization equipment.Drive truck with trailer.Operate and maintain equipment and machines, including aerators, slice seeders, spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care tools and equipment.Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, diagnosing problems and addressing concerns.Keep accurate records of lawn care services performed and products applied.Communicate with team members and management to ensure that all customer needs are met.Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience professionally applying lawn fertilizer and weed control products.Fundamental knowledge of lawn care products, equipment, and application techniques.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to properly operate a ride-on spreader sprayer machine is a plus.Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May be required to work later when necessary.We are a Tobacco-Free Workplace. This means smoke tobacco AND spit tobacco is not permitted to be used while on the clock or anytime wearing a company issued uniform, anywhere on our property, in our vehicles, or on our client's properties.
