What You'll Do
As a Landscape Installer, you'll be at the heart of executing high-end, custom landscape construction projects.Install complex features: Pavers, stonework, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water features, and more.Operate equipment: Skid steers, saws, laser levels, loaders (operation experience preferred but not required)Read and execute plans: Interpret blueprints and keep projects on schedule and budgetAdapt on the fly: Work with project leads to navigate change orders and evolving site conditionsMaintain safety & quality: Uphold high standards at all times
Who You Are
Experienced: 3-5 years of professional landscape installation (custom or hardscape focus preferred)Skilled: Strong knowledge of construction math, plant materials, and hardscaping best practices.Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic project budgetingPhysically capable: Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various conditionsReliable: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20$25 per hour, based on experience
