What You Will Do
The Warehouse Driver is a key member of the warehouse operations team, responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of materials and equipment between company facilities within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. This role involves following established schedules and standardized procedures to load, secure, transport, unload, and deliver materials using a 26-foot straight truck (under 26,000 GVW). The position also includes operating warehouse material-handling equipment, delivering materials to final locations within the plant, and performing daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring materials are properly secured for safe transport.Adhere to established delivery schedules and adjust routes or timelines as conditions change.Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all applicable traffic and safety regulations.Promptly report accidents, safety concerns, or equipment issues.Complete and manage required delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.Perform daily vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance or service as needed.Transport and move materials within the plant for pickup and final delivery.Operate warehouse material-handling equipment as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
This role is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with frequent over-the-road driving. The position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required. Employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.

This role performs advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The position supports uninterrupted production through preventive and corrective maintenance, rapid response to equipment issues, and ongoing improvement of facility and equipment performance.
Perform routine scheduled and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.Diagnose, repair, or replace defective components in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Conduct intermediate-level troubleshooting and problem-solving using appropriate tools, meters, and diagnostic techniques.Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) daily for all Plymouth locations; perform boiler water testing as required by the State of Minnesota.
