About the Role
Seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining highly technical production equipment to maximize uptime and performance.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and equipment upgradesDiagnose root causes of equipment failuresRead electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsDocument maintenance activities and equipment performancePartner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve tool uptime and efficiencyRequired Qualifications

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Converting Technician to support the manufacturing and packaging of transdermal pharmaceutical products in a regulated production environment. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting converting and packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and production requirements. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor converting and packaging equipment according to manufacturing orders, SOPs, and GMP requirements.Perform equipment changeovers, line clearances, and routine equipment inspections.Monitor process parameters and identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment or quality issues as needed.Verify materials and components to ensure accuracy and compliance before production use.Complete production documentation, batch records, logbooks, and electronic system entries accurately.Perform cleaning and sanitation activities to prevent contamination and maintain compliance.Support efficient production flow through material staging, lot transitions, and equipment readiness.Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment and production issues.Assist with training, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization activities.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 4 years of mechanical, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.Basic math skills, including percentages and metric conversions.Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods.Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.Preferred
