    DIGITAL BRAND MANAGER WANTED

    Role: Creative strategy
    Location: remote
    Salary: $50-70K/year + comprehensive benefits

    About TubeScience

TubeScience is the fastest-growing maker of performance-driven video content. We partner with some of the world's most innovative brands to create, test, and scale video that drives measurable growth. Our casting team finds the talent that makes creative perform.

    The Role

We're looking for a Digital Brand Manager to build and scale TubeScience's owned brand portfolio. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who has created compelling digital properties from scratch and knows how to turn content into commerce.

You'll own the full lifecycle of our digital brands - from concept and positioning to page creation, content strategy, and performance optimization. These aren't vanity projects; they're revenue-generating properties that serve as the foundation for our performance-based ad platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and direct response marketing, understands how to build trust at scale, and is energized by the challenge of managing multiple properties simultaneously.

    What You'll Do

Build and launch digital brand properties from the ground up - websites, social handles, and content ecosystems that feel authentic and perform
Define brand voice, positioning, and content strategy for each property to ensure consistency and audience resonance
Manage 10-20+ brands simultaneously with the support of modern tools and automation
Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Growth teams to align brand properties with client campaigns and performance goals
Monitor brand performance and audience engagement, iterating on content and positioning based on data
Scale brand operations as we grow the platform, identifying opportunities for new properties in high-performing verticals

    Who You Are

5-7 years of experience in digital brand management, content marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing
Proven track record of building or managing digital properties that drive measurable engagement and revenue
Strong editorial judgment and content instincts - you know what resonates with audiences and how to maintain brand integrity at scale
Technical fluency with website builders, CMS platforms, and digital tools (comfort learning new systems quickly)
Data-informed mindset - you use performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize brand strategy
Creative and strategic - you can brainstorm brand concepts in the morning and execute page builds in the afternoon
Self-directed and organized - comfortable managing multiple projects independently in a fast-moving environment
Remote or based in LA - open to candidates with strong direct-response or affiliate marketing backgrounds

    • Nice to Have
    • Experience in the affiliate, publisher, or influencer marketing space
    • Familiarity with ad tech, attribution, or performance marketing
    • Background in DTC e-commerce or digital media brands
    • Understanding of compliance and FTC guidelines for branded content

    ☆ Why TubeScience

You'll be a founding member of a new initiative within TubeScience - helping to build the owned brand infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact role with significant creative freedom and the opportunity to shape how we scale digital properties in a rapidly evolving industry.

If you're someone who loves building brands, moves fast, and wants to be part of a team transforming how performance marketing works, we'd love to hear from you Read Less

    Director of Physical Production

    Los Angeles, California, United States

    Role: Director of Physical Production

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Daily studio presence required)

    Compensation: $120-150K

    Reports to: Head of Production

    The Role

We're looking for a Director of Physical Production to lead TubeScience's on-the-ground production operation. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can walk a studio floor, run a tight schedule, transform a production team, and build the operational infrastructure that lets a high-volume creative machine scale.

You'll own everything that happens between a production brief and wrapped footage: studios, equipment, crews, freelancers, vendors, schedules, and the team that makes it all run. You'll work cross-functionally with Strategy, Post-Production, and Casting to make sure physical production never becomes a bottleneck.

This is perfect for someone who's run physical production at scale before: managed studios, led production teams, built processes that actually stick, and done it all in an environment where speed and volume are the norm. You're equal parts production leader, systems builder, and people developer - and you know the difference between being busy and being effective.

You also believe the best production orgs are built around doers - people who own the work end-to-end and stay close to the craft. You're excited about a world where automation, remote teams, and AI absorb the meta-work so the team can spend more of its time on the work itself.

    What You'll Do

Own physical production end-to-end - studio shoots, location work, multi-environment productions - ensuring every shoot is planned, staffed, and executed on time

Help shape what the production org looks like as we scale - investing in talent close to the craft, and leaning into automation, remote teams, and AI to absorb the work better suited to them

Drive production throughput and cycle time improvement across all teams - set expectations, build reporting, diagnose bottlenecks, and hold teams accountable to delivery standards

Manage studio operations including facility readiness, equipment inventory and lifecycle, and scheduling across simultaneous shoots - gear and space should never be the reason a production stalls

Lead and develop the production team - coaching for autonomy, raising the bar on craft, and building a team that reflects how we want to operate at scale

Own the freelance crew pipeline and vendor relationships - sourcing, vetting, rate management, and maintaining a reliable bench of on-call production talent and specialized services

Build the operational systems - processes, documentation, and reporting - that make the operation consistent, scalable, and not dependent on any one person's institutional knowledge

Manage production spend with discipline - balance quality and speed with cost awareness across crew, equipment, vendors, and facilities

    You'll Need to Have

7+ years in production operations, with 3+ years managing teams in a high-volume environment - broadcast, digital media, daily programming, or high-cadence ad production. Not feature films or one-off commercials.

Hands-on experience managing studios, equipment operations, and freelance crew pipelines - not just schedules, but the physical infrastructure.

Zero tolerance for loose schedules, unclear ownership, and "we'll figure it out day-of."

A track record of building operational processes that outlive individual team members - not just running what exists, but making it meaningfully better.

A systems-first mindset - preventing problems rather than fighting fires, with a clear instinct for what automation, AI, and remote teams can take on, and the judgment to decide what they can't.

A bias toward craft and doers. You've built or worked in orgs where the best operators stay close to the work itself - not just coordinating it - and you build teams that reflect that.

A proven ability to make people better - through clear expectations, direct feedback, and genuine investment in their growth.

Strong planning discipline, real business judgment, and fluency with production management tools

An energy for volume and velocity - our pace should be exciting, not overwhelming.
    • Why TubeScience

Join a company in rapid growth mode - bootstrapped, profitable, and scaling

Work with category-leading brands and see your leadership directly impact production output

Build from the ground up - this is a new role with a mandate to shape how physical production operates

🎬 DIGITAL CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WANTED

🗂 Role: Sr Coord | Brand & Creator Partnerships
    📍 Location: remote
    💰 Salary: $50–70K/year + comprehensive benefits

    ⚙️ The Role
We're looking for a Digital Content Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of TubeScience's digital content initiatives. This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. You'll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth — building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You'll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.

This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it — someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.

    📋 What You'll Do

🔗 Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication
📊 Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health
📝 Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in people's heads
🛠️ Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements

    🔑 Who You Are

📊 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments
🧩 Systems thinker — you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity
📈 Data-fluent — comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations
🗓️ Master coordinator — you've successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
🔮 Proactive problem-solver — you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B
💬 Clear communicator — you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams
🛠️ Tool-savvy — experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar
🌀Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a new function at TubeScience. You'll be building the plane while flying it
📍 Remote-friendly — strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation

    ✨ Nice to Have

Background in production operations or creative project managementComfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflowsExperience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting by content type, vertical, or teamExperience supporting casting, talent coordination, or creator operationsFamiliarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.) Read Less
