    IP Alliance Program Manager Overview of Role As an IP Alliance Manager you will work with vendors from the TSMC's IP Alliance. Responsibilities include enabling IP vendors to populate the IP Ecosystem on TSMC's technology. You will directly work with IP Vendors on the leading technology from TSMC. You will report to the Deputy Director of the IP Alliance. Additional responsibilities include supporting TSMC's industry events. The position is open in TSMC's San Jose office where we are currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office. Responsibilities Support and develop the most extensive IP Ecosystem in collaboration with leading IP vendors on TSMC's processes including the most advanced processes and the widest range of specialty processes (RF, BCD, HV, CIS, MEMS, NVM) Responsible for the relationship of semiconductor IP vendors that are a part of TSMC's IP Alliance, which can include vendors that provide foundation IP (standard cells, memories, I/O's), Interconnect IP (HBM, 3DIC IP, PCIe, USB,etc.) Analog/MS (PLLs, DLLs, Sensors, ADCs, DACs, etc.); video/audio IP (MIPI, DSP), and automotive IP. Provide technical and product support to IP vendors on TSMC processes and technical requirements that IP vendors need to develop IP on TSMC process. Support TSMC events including the TSMC Technology Symposium and OIP Event. Publication support for IP Alliance members for IP on TSMC processes (includes press releases, white papers, web posts, videos, blogs, etc..) Work with IP Alliance members, TSMC legal, TSMC9000/IPAE technical team, account teams for key customers, IP Operations, and the shuttle team for IP availability. The IP Alliance manager will direct the legal interaction with IP Alliance members and be the interface to TSMC legal for facilitating agreements (NDAs, IP Alliance agreements, Vendor Technology License agreements, authorization letters, etc.) The IP Alliance manager will drive corrective actions and follow-up when required. Facilitate shuttle access for IP Alliance members and monitor silicon results. Who We're Looking For: TSMC Washington is recruiting Production Specialists to work on-site at our Camas, Washington location with a May 2026 start date. As a Production Specialist you will be carrying wafers in small containers called pods throughout the production area to ensure production targets are met. You will be working in a clean room environment wearing clean room garments to protect the wafers from outside particles. Clean room garments include a full cleanroom suit, protective eyewear, gloves, hood, and a face mask. This is a physically demanding job requiring lifting, bending and long periods of standing and walking over a 12-hour shift. You could be walking up to 12 miles per shift. TSMC Washington operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The shift structure is 4 days on/3 days off one week and 3 days on/4 days off the following week. Yep, that's 3 or 4 days off every week! TSMC Washington also provides 2 hours of meals and breaks for each 12-hour shift. Starting wage is $22.25 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical semiconductor process piping systems, including Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), plastic, gas, and chemical delivery systems. Responsibilities Install and maintain semiconductor process piping systems (UPW, plastic, gas, chemical), ensuring proper routing, secure connections, and strict adherence to cleanroom contamination protocols. Perform pipe cutting, threading, and joining using various techniques such as welding, brazing, and compression fittings. Read and accurately interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P risk assessment and mitigation for hazardous materials; leadership and organizational skills; advanced troubleshooting. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication and Listening skills. Strong Teamwork ethic. For higher levels: Experience in leading a crew is preferred.
