We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our industrial coatings company. In this role, youll combine leadership with active shop-floor involvement, spending time both overseeing daily production operations and working directly with the team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring schedules, output, and quality standards are consistently met. Lead, mentor, and support production team members (1015 operators), fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Oversee mixing, batching, and packaging of coatings products, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Monitor equipment operation and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
