Job Summary
TruVine Homecare Services is seeking a proactive and personable Marketing Community Liaison to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our agency in the community—building relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the acquisition of 3–4 new private pay home care clients per month. You’ll work across multiple platforms to present a cohesive brand message and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our mission is clearly communicated.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote TruVine’s home care servicesVisit doctor offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referralsBuild and maintain referral relationships with physicians, senior centers, elder law attorneys, and community organizationsRepresent TruVine at health fairs, networking events, and outreach programsTrack campaign performance, lead generation, and client acquisition metricsCollaborate with intake and care coordination teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth client onboardingMaintain CRM and marketing automation tools to manage outreach and referral contactsMonitor marketing trends, competitor activity, and community engagement opportunitiesWork across platforms including social media, email, print, and video to fulfill marketing goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach (healthcare or senior services preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Photoshop and video editing softwareExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferredStrong data analysis and reporting skillsAbility to travel locally and work independently
Performance Expectations
Support the acquisition of 3–4 new private pay clients per month through targeted outreach and relationship-buildingConduct regular visits to medical offices, hospital discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources to generate qualified leadsMaintain high engagement and conversion rates across marketing channelsContribute to quarterly growth goals and brand visibility in the Ardmore, PA region
