The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the bankruptcy process including performing legal research, document filing and preparing for hearings. This role requires the ability to handle multiple projects while working closely with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates on brand protection, trademark prosecution, and docket management. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in trademark processes within a law firm environment. Candidates located in Lansing, Michigan are strongly preferred but candidates located in Washington, DC; Troy, MI; Detroit, MI; Ohio; Indiana; Tennessee; Florida, New Jersey; and Colorado will be considered.
