    WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    Welcome members into the branch and provide professional expertise in the service and sales of deposit products, loan products, and convenient services through effective rapport building skills, proficient knowledge, and the promotion of the credit union’s brand of savings, transparency, and financial education. Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals through active participation in sales programs. Originate, underwrite and close consumer and home equity loans following outlined TruStone Financial policies and procedures and adhering to regulations governing the financial services industry. Accurately and efficiently interpret and process a wide variety of financial inquiries, account openings, service requests, and transactions. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
    Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:45am – 5:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at our Fridley Branch location; non-exempt.

    In addition:

    The Senior Treasury Analyst supports the credit union’s balance sheet strategy, with a primary focus on the fixed-income investment portfolio, wholesale funding activities, and liquidity position. This position partners closely with the CFO, SVP/Finance, SVP/Controller, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and external advisors to support sound financial decision-making, policy compliance, regulatory readiness, and effective execution of treasury strategies.

    The role provides well-supported analysis and recommendations on fixed-income investment portfolio strategy, funding alternatives, liquidity management, derivatives and hedging strategies, and broader balance sheet positioning. The Senior Treasury Analyst executes approved investment and funding transactions within established authority and controls.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
    Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; exempt.

    In addition:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Advanced degree and/or professional designation such as CFA or CTP (or progress toward) preferred.4+ years of progressive experience in treasury, investments, ALM, or financial analysis, including demonstrated ownership of complex workstreams and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Working knowledge of fixed-income securities, portfolio risk metrics, liquidity/funding concepts, and balance sheet management preferred; experience developing recommendations aligned to policy and risk appetite.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel experience required.
