We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Title Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of residential real estate title processing and closing, with the ability to independently manage files from contract to post-closing. This role requires strong organizational skills, deep industry knowledge and exceptional communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage files from contract intake through post-closing; Review and process purchase agreements and open new title orders; Order and review title searches, municipal lien searches, and related due diligence; Prepare and analyze title commitments and resolve title issues; Order and track payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and mobile home documentation; Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders regarding file status and requirements; Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ensure proper balancing; Receive, review, and organize lender loan packages; Prepare closing documents and conduct closings (in-person and/or remote); Record deeds, mortgages, and other closing documents; Disburse funds in accordance with settlement statements; Issue final title policies accurately and timely. Qualifications: Active Real Estate Title Agent license (Florida preferred); Extensive experience in end-to-end title processing and closings; Proficiency in Qualia (required); Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow, and real estate closing procedures; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Professional demeanor with strong client service orientation. Required Skills: Ability to independently manage a high volume of files; Problem-solving mindset with the ability to clear title issues efficiently; Strong organizational and time management skills.
