Responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers—both in person and by phone—to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening, addressing concerns, and following through on requests.Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.Accurately manage client information, transactions, and reports using Microsoft Office and other business tools.Handle multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail under pressure.Requirements
Bilingual abilities are highly valued (English plus another language preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills—ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.Positive attitude with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.Must have a personal vehicle for travel to client meetings.Compensation & Schedule
