    Your Role & Impact
    The Learning and Volunteer Coordinator supports the strategic goals of TrueCare by coordinating and facilitating employee training programs that enhance employee performance, knowledge, and engagement. This role assists the Manager, Learning & Development in the development, scheduling, and delivery of learning and development initiatives including onboarding, compliance, professional growth, and management of volunteers and administrative interns ("interns"). The Coordinator works closely with Human Resources and department leaders to ensure training aligns with TrueCare values and organizational standards
