A well-established Tampa law firm is seeking a Business Transactions / Corporate Paralegal to join its downtown office. This is a hands-on role supporting attorneys on both routine and sophisticated transactions for established companies and entrepreneurial clients.
The firm is looking for someone with strong transactional experience who can step in and contribute immediately.
What you will do:
Prepare and review transactional documents alongside attorneysManage closing checklists, due diligence, and transaction workflow from start to finishSupport entity organization, formation, and ongoing corporate housekeepingCollaborate with attorneys and other paralegals across the Business Transactions group, and assist other practice groups as neededWork in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and iManageWhat the firm is looking for:
3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate settingBackground in M&A, securities, corporate transactions, and entity formation and maintenanceStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable taking ownership of projects
Schedule: In-office for the first 90 days, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule afterward.
