    Overview

    We are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Safety Drivers to support real-world testing of next-generation self-driving technology. In this role, you will operate and monitor autonomous vehicles, ensuring safety while collecting critical data to improve system performance.

    This is an excellent opportunity for safety-focused drivers who are detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.

    Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate autonomous vehicles in compliance with all traffic lawsMonitor vehicle performance and remain alert to take control when neededCollect data on system performance and environmental conditionsConduct in-field testing to ensure operational safetyPerform daily vehicle inspections and readiness checksSubmit detailed reports to support system improvementsInteract professionally with riders, engineers, and operations teamsRemain vigilant and prepared for unexpected road conditions, pedestrians, and traffic scenariosMaintain a distraction-free driving environment at all timesSchedule & Shifts

    Schedule Options:

    We are looking for experience rideshare drivers for our on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company, to be at the forefront of turning the company's vision into reality.

    In this role, you'll always ensure safety, maintain vehicle readiness, complete software and hardware tests, and represent our client's brand as an ambassador to the public. You'll also assist and interact with multiple teams across the company, from computer vision, infrastructure, and sound design to strategy, vehicle engineering, and ride operations.

    We're looking for technical rideshare drivers who are disciplined, team players. Working in this role will give you the opportunity to learn vehicle and personnel operations. You'll have a front-row seat to the operational complexities of realizing autonomous mobility and the chance to contribute to the future.

    Day to Day Operations as a Rideshare Driver:

    Support vehicle operations.Drive 4-8 hours a day with a priority on safety.Conduct basic software operation tasks.Assist with documentation and metrics.Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams.Support vehicle maintenance and logistics.Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.

    Requirements:
