    Location: Magnolia, TX 77354 (Decker Prairie area)
    Pay Range: $17 – $30/hr DOE (varies by role)
    Shifts Available: Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30/3pm) & Night Shift (Sun–Thur, 3pm–2am)
    ⚙️ Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility

    Available Positions

    1. Welder (Day & Night Shift) – $20–30/hr DOE

    Must have sheet metal experience and minimum 2 years of welding experience.

    Ability to read blueprints, follow engineered drawings, and pass MIG/TIG weld test.

    Forklift operation required.

    2. Coater Helper (Day Shift) – $18–20/hr

    Assist with powder coating operations and general shop duties.

    Surface preparation, stocking supplies, and supporting production team.

    3. Powder Coater/Surface Prep (Day & Night Shifts) – $17–25/hr

    Responsible for deburring, sandblasting, surface prep, and coating operations.

    Inventory assistance and general fabrication duties as needed.

    4. Punch/Press Brake Operator (Night Shift) – $22.50/hr

    1+ years of experience operating press brake machines.

    Read prints, review specifications, and ensure quality of finished parts.

    5. Assembly Helper (Day Shift) – $17–18.50/hr

    Assemble enclosures and perform quality checks on fabricated parts.

    Follow work order instructions and operate hand tools.

    6. Inventory/Receiving Assistant (Day Shift) – $18–20/hr

    Accurately count, label, and document received items.

    Sit-down forklift experience required.

    7. Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Day Shift) – $17/hr

    Verify shipment counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

    Forklift and pallet jack operation required.

    Valid Driver’s License required.

    8. QC Inspector (Day Shift) – $18–22/hr

    Minimum 2 years QC inspection in manufacturing.

    Review engineered drawings and ensure manufactured parts meet specs.

    Must understand welding, press brake, punch press, laser machine procedures.

    Requirements for All Positions

    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (2 years for Welders & QC Inspectors).

    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
