    Pay - Depends on experience starting at 19.00

    Position Summary
    The Production Specialist plays a key role in supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Production Operations, and Raw Material Quality. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Quality Assurance & Compliance

    Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Follow all company procedures related to quality management and safety.Maintain accurate and complete measurement reports and documentation.Perform proper testing of new and recertified materials to verify conformance with specifications.Provide product service, maintenance, and optimization in cooperation with the QC team (local and global).


    Production Support

    Follow the daily workload and priority list established by the QC Group Leader.Maintain and ensure proper calibration and condition of equipment and instruments.Support formulation optimization, application engineering, and reduction of waste and emissions.Maintain QC cards, samples, and related records.


    Customer & Supplier Interaction

    Assist with prompt and effective handling of customer complaints in coordination with Sales and other internal teams.Interact professionally with external partners, including raw material suppliers.Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and global teams.


    Lean Management / 5S

    Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.Identify and report safety concerns, workflow issues, or opportunities for process improvement.Actively participate in Lean and 5S initiatives.Support special projects as assigned.


    General Responsibilities

    Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform duties beyond those listed to support company goals.


    Qualifications
    Education

    High school diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field preferred.


    Experience & Skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with SAP software preferred.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.Ability to work independently while following established procedures and instructions.


    Training Requirements

    Hazardous waste training required within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter per SCHWMR R.61-79.262.17 regulations.Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including to locations requiring proof of vaccination.


    Physical & Work Environment Requirements

    Ability to perform essential job functions safely and consistently in alignment with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.Regular, punctual attendance is required.Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling, and reaching.Exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.Must be able to wear a respirator and pass annual fit testing.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.Ability to speak clearly, listen effectively, and communicate by phone.

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTRS Craft Services has an immediate need for an experienced Equipment Field Service Technician based out of our client's Evansville, IN facility.

    Summary of Position: Handling all aspects of inspecting, repairing, trouble shooting and performing service/maintenance both in the shop or in the field on service calls.  

    Equipment: The types of equipment to be worked on entails aerial lifts, forklifts, different types of rigging, diesel utility vehicles, air compressors, and generators, to name a few.

    Travel: Travel would primarily be local to regional (working within an approximate 200-mile radius).  Occasional overnight travel may be required as the workload dictates.   

    Responsibilities:Performs major, and in many cases non-routine service repairs to customers and company owned equipment in the shop and/or in the field to include customer and project sites.  Completes necessary paperwork, including work orders, part orders, billing and/or warranty information, as applicable. Assists other technicians in advance troubleshooting and problem resolution as called upon. Frequent interaction/communication with customers concerning repairs and service needs. Maintains an orderly work area/service truck.Remains compliant with all applicable policies and procedures/standards.Adheres to and supports client's Health, Safety and Environmental policies. Meets expectations on attendance and punctuality.Plans, organizes, and carries out assignments as directed.  All other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude. Able to reference, understand and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.A combination of education and related equipment repair experience equaling five (5) + years. Must have job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.  Experience working with/on hydraulics, pneumatics, and electric equipment.Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors.  Experience working on the following types of equipment: aerial lifts, forklifts, different types of rigging, diesel utility vehicles, air compressors, welding machines and other general industrial construction equipment.Requires a professional and customer service demeanor. As a non-CDL driver, this field position would require a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, along with the ability to pass associated driver requirements to include MVR, driver physical, road test.This position operates with minimal supervision and may assist in training other equipment technicians, as requested.   Able to perform physical requirements of the job, including, but not limited to lifting, climbing, standing for extended periods of time, and working in inclement weather as workload/assignment dictate. Able to work overtime (including weekends) and occasional overnight travel as needed.  The selected candidate must supply own basic tools, larger tools provided.   Schedule: Typically, Mon-Fri 7AM - 4PM, however requires ability to work overtime/overnight travel as workload dictates.

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dependable and skilled Utility Technician to support the upkeep of our rental fleet and facilities. This role focuses on maintaining trailers, containers, and general yard operations to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and ready for rent. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to respond effectively when urgent repair needs arise.
    Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general repairs and maintenance on rental assets including trailers, containers, and light equipmentConduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and rent-readyComplete basic electrical repairs such as lighting, wiring, and trailer componentsTroubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems (including units in office spaces or containers, if applicable)Perform minor structural and hardware repairs on containers and trailersHandle general facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and paintingAssist with yard organization, cleanliness, and equipment stagingIdentify damage or wear and repair or report issues as neededRespond to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime when issues ariseMaintain tools, parts inventory, and shop organizationFollow all safety procedures and company policiesRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience in maintenance, handyman work, or equipment repairKnowledge of electrical systems and HVAC systems  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsBasic understanding of trailer systems and related componentsAbility to safely use hand tools and power toolsAbility to work outdoors in varied weather conditionsDependable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAble to perform physical work, including lifting and moving equipmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a rental yard, construction, or industrial environmentForklift operation experience (or willingness to be trained)Familiarity with trailers, containers, or similar equipmentWork EnvironmentCombination of indoor shop work and outdoor yard workExposure to weather, dust, noise, and equipmentPhysical work includes lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsGenerally steady workflow with occasional urgent repair needsResumes to:
