    Construction Administration Project Manager RealFood, a Troon company, is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administration Project Manager to support our extensive portfolio of hospitality design projects. This position will play a key role across the timeline and scope of project deliverables from design through bidding, submittals, construction and installation on multiple projects. This role ensures that design intent is maintained and successfully completed by all stakeholdersoverseeing submittal reviews, field coordination, coordinating with Kitchen Equipment Contractors (KEC), conducting site walkthroughs and punch lists. This role is critical in facilitating highly responsive communication across the project team, design team and client while working to address field changes, conflicts and changes. What You'll Do Coordinate with RF DesignStudio (RFDS) team members to gain a detailed understanding of design, specifications and other project details critical to projects success Establish a strong relationship and consistent, responsive communication with all project team members Facilitate and support a seamless transition from design through bidding, pre-construction and construction phases across all aspects of RFDS scope. Conduct in-depth reviews of all RFDS design documents, including equipment plans, elevations, electrical and plumbing connection plans, written specifications, and shop drawings. Respond to RFIs and clarification requests from bidders, permit officials, owners, or general contractors, coordinating with the project designer to identify any needed revisions. Collaborate and maintain all information related to our scope of work within each projects selected construction management software, as required Review bids from project vendors to ensure accuracy and complete design documents and specifications. Identify, communicate, and facilitate resolution of any conflicts. Coordinate vendor deliveries, installations, and field adjustments with project teams and trades. Develop submittal log and maintain it to ensure all submittals are received, reviewed, marked up/revised and approved in accordance with project timeline. Review submittals specifications to confirm alignment with design, specification and field conditions Attend in-person and virtual construction meetings as required and appropriate with architects and general contractors; generate meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions. Communicate and coordinate any design revisions, SKs, detail drawings or delta sets in accordance with field conditions, architectural revisions and client requests Monitor, review and ensure timely completion of change orders by client or client representative. Perform construction site visits in accordance with RFDS contract and project timeline to document existing conditions, take field measurements, field conditions, support coordination and identify any conflicts or variances to plan Complete project punch list and closeout at project completion to identify, address adn ensure resolution of any construction, installation or equipment lapses within the RFDS scope of work Facilitate as-built drawing completion in collaboration with design team Collaborate with RFDS marketing team on coordination and completion of project photos and content to support completion of case studies on selected projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required 35 years of experience in construction administration, project management, or related. Strong understanding of construction drawings, equipment specifications, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in Adobe or Bluebeam required; experience with Procore, Newforma, or similar project management software preferred. Functional knowledge of Revit a plus Proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative professional who excels in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to positively represent the RFDS brand in all environments Ability to travel on short notice, often 23 days per week, for on-site inspections and project meetings.
