The Sports Medicine Sales Representative works closely with surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional clinical support and customer service while driving sales growth within an assigned territory.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Essential Responsibilities
Support territory sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Provide operating room support by assisting surgeons and clinical staff with the safe and effective use of Arthrex products.Educate healthcare professionals on Arthrex products, surgical techniques, and technology.Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after surgical procedures.Maintain product knowledge through ongoing education and training.Manage inventory, instrumentation, and case logistics to ensure exceptional service.Collaborate with Territory Managers and leadership to achieve territory objectives.Maintain accurate records, expense reporting, and administrative responsibilities.Represent Trivium Surgical with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.Sales experience or experience in healthcare, sports medicine, athletic training, medical device, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to learn complex surgical procedures and medical technologies.Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, based on surgical schedules.Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally overnight as business needs require.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Why You'll Love This Career

The Trauma Manager is responsible for driving territory growth and achieving sales objectives by leading, developing, and supporting the sales team, while building strong relationships with surgeons and facilities to advance product adoption and improve patient outcomes.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the team in meetings and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs to drive product adoption, use and brand awareness.Devise and implement plans and meetings that hold all levels of the team accountable for staying on target with quota achievement.Identify new prospects' needs and develop appropriate written, telephone and face-to-face responses.Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions as they become available.Receive coaching, training or mentoring from director of sales; transfer knowledge to other managers, sales representatives and sales associates as needed.Lead by example. Demonstrate proper time and sales initiative use. Constantly analyze sales performance and opportunities for growth.Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Maintain a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage responsibilities under strict deadlines.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience, preferably in orthopedics and trauma.Must be comfortable in open operating room environmentsKnowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to ArthrexKnowledge of operating room protocols and proceduresAbility to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and proceduresMS OfficeStrong public speaking and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilities, effectively managing multiple prioritiesStrong sense of urgencyAbility to work well under pressureSelf-assurance and competitive driveAbility to work independently, make decisions and take responsibilityValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Why You'll Love This Career
