    The front desk attendant will serve as our guests’ first point of contact and start their visit off on a positive note by providing guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service. Will ensure that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of our guests.

    Pay Range: $11.20- $14/hour

    Responsibilities:

    Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests with Spirit Show Excellence by maintaining a positive attitude, remaining focused on customer needs. Manage the scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment. Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and any ongoing promotions. Respect. Assist guests in selecting appropriate equipment, such as shoes. Process lane reservations, walk-in requests, and lane assignments Handle cash and electronic payments Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Maintain a clean and organized desk area Manage equipment cleaning and organization (i.e., shoes) Removes chipped and cracked bowling balls from racks as needed.Removes bowling balls from ball return and returns to ball racks.     Pay Range: $15- $19/hour

    Responsibilities:

    Ability to follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.     Position Summary:

    The Games Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for our guests. Assists patrons of amusement facility and performs minor repairs on game machines: Explains operation of game machines to patrons, listens to patron complaints regarding malfunction of machines. Places out-of-order sign on defective machines, return money lost in defective machines and notify maintenance department of defective machines. Observes conduct of patrons in facility to ensure orderliness and asks disruptive patrons to leave.

    Pay Range: $11.20- $14/hour

    Responsibilities:

    Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations. Use Spirit to great and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency. Explains operation of games to guestsExcellence is developing an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments.Actively shows Courage by monitoring the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.Notifies venue management of any machine errors and return credit to guests Shows Respect by maintaining a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
