Key Responsibilities
Heavy Lifting: Safely lift, carry, and load heavy furniture, appliances, and boxes (up to 75+ lbs) up and downstairs.
Packing & Wrapping: Use premium materials to wrap, protect, disassemble, and reassemble customer belongings securely.
Truck Loading: Efficiently stack and secure cargo inside moving trucks to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your Driver and Crew Lead to complete jobs safely and within estimated timeframes.
Customer Care: Maintain a polite, professional, and reassuring attitude with clients during a high-stress moving day.
Job Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform rigorous physical labor continuously throughout the day in varying weather conditions.
Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly attitude with clear, respectful verbal communication skills.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random testing to maintain a safe workspace
Experience: Prior moving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right attitude!

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership: Guide a team of 1–3 movers on-site to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Client Service: Act as the primary face of the company, conducting walkthroughs with clients and managing paperwork.
Heavy Lifting: Load, unload, wrap, and unpack heavy furniture, appliances, and specialty items (up to 75+ lbs).
Truck Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
Job Requirements
Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random testing to maintain a safe workspace.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience driving commercial box trucks, delivery vehicles, or moving trucks.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old for company insurance purposes.
Physical Fitness: High physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Crew Dispatching: Coordinate, schedule, and assign drivers and movers to residential and commercial jobs.On-Site Quality Assurance: Frequently audit jobs in progress to ensure proper wrapping, packing, and furniture disassembly standards.Fleet Control: Monitor truck maintenance logs, safety equipment inventory, and electronic logging devices.Cost Optimization: Track direct labor expenses, truck fuel efficiency, and minimize overall job downtime.Claims Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer complaints or property damage claims.
Qualifications
2+ years of operations management experience in the moving, transportation, or logistics industry.Thorough knowledge of FMCSA and Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations.Exceptional physical stamina; willing to step in and assist field crews with heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) when required.Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and motivating hands-on staff.Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
