    What You’ll Do

    Strategic Leadership

    Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingProvide KPI-driven insights to improve profitability and cash flowPartner with executives on strategic planning and investments

    Operations Oversight

    Manage and mentor the AR and AP team (currently 2–3 direct reports)Oversee accounting functions including payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closeEnsure GAAP-compliant, timely, and accurate reporting

    Risk & Compliance

    Maintain internal controls and ensure tax/regulatory complianceOversee audits, vendor contracts, insurance, and asset management

    The Big Task

    You will schedule installation jobs, order materials, keep in communication with clients and our team of installers and prepare the installers so they can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time. You are the glue that holds the installation department together.


    Key Sub Tasks

    Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, the parts department and the installation team

    Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction

    Monitor performance of installation technicians and advise them on how to improve

    Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget

    Contact the customers to schedule the installation

    Properly complete paperwork

    Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional

    The B2B Sales & Rehash Specialist is responsible for outside sales efforts, client re-engagement, and business development.     The Big Task

    You will clean and install heating and cooling air ducts and provide with extraordinary customer experience.

    Overview
    TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our high-performing finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting our daily financial operations and maintaining the accuracy of our accounting systems. We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and experienced in general accounting processes—ideally within a fast-paced service industry environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records
    • Support billing, payments, and vendor/customer account activities as needed
    • Help with reconciliations, reporting, and other month-end close processes
    • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
    • Suggest and support improvements to streamline financial workflows

    Requirements
    • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
    • Proficient with QuickBooks
    • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
