    As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, and successful project execution.

    Projects may include:

    Healthcare facilitiesUniversities and educational campusesCorporate and office developmentsLarge-scale commercial construction projects

    Responsibilities include:

    Managing all phases of commercial electrical construction projectsBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsLeading project strategy, execution, and financial performanceSupporting preconstruction, budgeting, estimating, and planning effortsManaging project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocationReviewing project financials, forecasts, and work-in-progress reportingLeading change order management and contract administrationCoordinating with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadershipSupporting risk management and issue resolution throughout project executionEnsuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on scheduleLeading project closeout and customer turnover activitiesLeadership Responsibilities

    As a Commercial Electrician, you'll install and maintain electrical systems on commercial construction projects throughout the Houston area.

    Projects may include:

    Hospitals and medical facilitiesUniversities and schoolsOffice buildingsRetail centersParking garagesCommercial and industrial facilities

    Responsibilities include:

    Installing conduit, wire, panels, devices, and electrical equipmentReading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawingsPerforming wall rough-in, deck rough-in, conduit rough-in, and fixture installationBending and installing EMT and other raceway systemsPulling wire and terminating electrical equipmentTroubleshooting and resolving installation issuesMaintaining quality, productivity, and safety standardsWorking closely with foremen, crew leaders, and project teams to deliver successful projects

    Typical work schedule is approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM depending on project requirements.
