    Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Greenmark Waste Solutions ("Greenmark") is a locally-owned solid waste and recycling collection company. Greenmark serves industrial, commercial, and construction markets across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and operates as Home Town Disposal in the Memphis metroplex, where we serve the residential market.

    Position Summary

    As a member of Greenmark's sales team, you will be responsible for attaining new, profitable business growth within an assigned territory or line of business. This will involve identifying leads, proactively prospecting, and selling new and profitable business in the commercial, portable restrooms, and roll-off dumpster lines of business.

    The ability to develop effective, authentic relationships with customers and key-decision makers will be critical to your success, since this is a hallmark of our brand.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Prospect for new potential customers utilizing sales tools and market researchObtain potential customers through cold calling and email outreachEstablish initial and follow-up appointments with customer decision-makersManage and communicate effectively with prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closingManage, organize, and track all stages of the sale process in our systemDocument all activities and develop robust information profiles on prospective customersComplete required proposals, service agreements, and other administrative work in a timely mannerCoordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experienceMeet and exceed monthly targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction goalsDevelop in-depth knowledge of Greenmark, waste industry, local market competitive trends and our equipmentFocus on serving customers and discern actionable steps to help customersLeverage industry events and conferences for prospectingConduct in-person outreach and meetings to develop relationships with customer decision-makersVisit customer sites to ensure safety and proper dumpster placementAttend company sponsored networking eventsWork independently, earn a reputation as a trusted team member who will always do the right thing, and communicate proactivelyBe a brand ambassador for Greenmark, driving a culture of excellence and true partnership with team members, customers and external stakeholders

    Education, Experience, Requirements

    Bachelor's degree is a plus2+ years of door-to-door business-to-business prospecting experience resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments and closing salesIndustry experience in business services, commercial sales, construction, industrial services, or environmental servicesExperience with CRM toolsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout metroplex to meet with prospective and current customers
