Trinity Law is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who desires to build their practice in the areas of family law (including custody, protection from abuse and dependency matters), estate planning, criminal, and/or civil litigation. A book of business is preferred but not required. This position is a unique opportunity for an Attorney seeking to grow their practice while working in a supportive, smaller firm environment. While the ideal candidate is experienced (2+ years’ experience in one or more of the practice areas listed) we will also consider a highly motivated, talented candidate with less experience who has a strong work ethic. The position offers immediate, hands-on experience in the courtroom, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to build long-term, meaningful relationships. The candidate will have the ability to manage a caseload independently, to maintain frequent client interaction and long-term client planning.
Essential Functions:
As part of the Trinity Team, the Associate Attorney candidate will:
· Take the Lead: Manage your own caseload from initial consultation to final resolution, with autonomy, while having access to mentorship.
· Get into the Courtroom: Attend hearings and conduct discovery, gaining valuable litigation experience.
· Family Law Focus: Family Law Associate to manage caseload focusing on child custody disputes, Protection from Abuse (PFA) matters, and child dependency matters, where high conflict resolution skills are helpful.
· Draft with Purpose: Prepare pleadings, motions, and comprehensive estate planning documents (wills, Powers of Attorney, and living wills).
· Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing empathetic client service with litigation and detailed planning.
· Legal Writing: Draft letters, pleadings, motions, and estate planning documents.
· Time Management: Balance urgent litigation deadlines with detailed planning matters.

Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania; or, eligible for admission to the Pennsylvania Bar within six months of employment.Preferred Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience and book of business is preferred but not required. Will consider recent law graduates, pending PA bar admission within six months of hire. Ability to commute to job location and able to work onsite.

Salary: Negotiable Base, plus revenue share. Range $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and revenue generated.
