DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE: Software Support Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) User, Network Support, Technical Support Application Virtualization Hosting Environment (AVHE) and System Support access and troubleshooting DMLSS. Imaging, security patches, software loads, equipment inventory, diagnostics, repair, receive, log, troubleshoot, analyze, system compliance, virus check programs, service packs, hot fixes, and resolve operating system upgrades on DMLSS. The contractor shall also provide general management of configuration analysis, development, integration for server, laptop, desktop-based systems, switches, computer hardware, land mobile radios, satellite phones and all other communication equipment to include overall administration of networking, configuring, diagnosing, updating, developing, and resolving any issues by working with Base Communications and/or vendor specific support of all information technologies for ECMM.
Requirements
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of field experience with commensurate skills, knowledge, and background.

Working independently (single location sites) and management oversight of other onsite contractor staff, coordinating logistics activities with other base organizations, units, and government agencies, ensuring the overall readiness and availability of unit ECMM to include general medical materiel management and warehouse activities. The vendor contracted Air National Guard (ANG) Influenza Program Manager is responsible for the logistical oversight and management of the influenza vaccination program and focal point between the Surgeon General and ANG Medical Groups. The position is designed for a Medical Materiel professional with a skillset critical to performing program management and oversight, effective communication at all levels, integrated collaboration, and strategic readiness reporting.

Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of medical logistics field experience with six years of specialized medical materiel management experience. Specialized experience shall include general supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, assemblage management, warehousing, and operation of various materials handling equipment. The specialized experience shall be in a healthcare or healthcare support environment or setting. Must have experience in using and running transactions in the MMIS.
Minimum Education Requirement: Accredited Associate’s Degree or higher or eight years of medical logistics field experience with six years of specialized medical materiel management

In addition, the PM shall ensure assets are maintained, refurbished, built, shipped, and managed as required by the government. In addition, the Program Manager will:
Assist ANGRC/SGX senior leadership in analyzing the need and preparing required documentation for managing storage space and work processes.Ensure contractors comply with performance requirements and the terms and conditions of the contract.Ensure all contractors have and maintain required experience, training, and certifications necessary for contract compliance.Provide periodic performance feedback to the COR of potential issues that may disrupt performance.Provide oversight of the contractor's processes, projects, workflow, and QC.Ensure all items are ordered, received, shipped, and available.Provide Monthly QC Report, to include associated travel site inventory summary reports, monitor key management processes (procurement, receiving, data quality, inventory management, assemblage management, dated-item management) for the COR to review.On-Call Response. The PM, alternate PM, or designated site lead shall return all government calls within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be available to respond on the installation or designated work center (for staffed sites) and via telephone (for unstaffed sites) with Government personnel to discuss problem areas within 48 hours from notification.The PM shall perform as the logistics SME, and participate in all planning sessions, as requested by the government to establish on-going project methodology and standard reports to measure QC performance standards and other operational initiatives. The contractor shall take the minutes of planning sessions and provide a draft within two working days for review by the COR.
Requirements
Minimum/General Experience: 15 years of experience in medical materiel, facilities, and biomedical equipment repair management activities. Desired experience includes: project development, cargo deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms in managing subcontracts of various types and complexity.
Minimum Education Requirement: Accredited Bachelor's Degree or equivalent specialized medical materiel management experience.
