Trifecta Proven is recruiting for a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCC) to provide services at the Portland Air National Guard Base, OR. CSCC will work as part of the Human Performance Optimization Program with the 125th Special Tactics Squadron. The CSCC will work as part of a team aiming to prepare service members physically and mentally so they are optimized for mission readiness and sustained peak performance, while minimizing injury and maximizing return-to-duty efficiency.
Hours: Monday thorugh Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. including a one hour lunch break.
Duties:
Program development : Design comprehensive, periodized strength and conditioning programs tailored to the 125th STS.
Assessment & evaluation : Conduct initial performance evaluations, needs analyses, and ongoing fitness assessments (strength, power, speed, agility, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition).
Rehabilitation & recovery : Create individualized rehabilitation and performance training plans, often in collaboration with Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers.
Injury prevention : Implement protocols (e.g., neck and spine strengthening) to enhance durability and reduce injury risk.
Education & training : Deliver briefings, seminars, and educational sessions on health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery.
Unit integration : Observe and support training events such as obstacle courses, combatives, and field training.
Leadership & advising : Advise unit commanders on strength and conditioning matters, develop SOPs, and recommend program improvements.Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
* Internship/Residency: Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport/mission-specific performance programs resulting in attributable results with individual.
*Certification: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCA).
* Life Support Certification: Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
* Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Trifecta Proven is recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to provide Psychotherapeutic and Counseling Services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). Psychologist will provide evidence-based Trauma, Violence & Victimization, Psychotherapy, and Therapeutic Relationship Group Therapy sessions; with Individual Psychotherapy sessions as requested or needed basis.
The CSOSA exists to provide resources to help offenders integrate into the community and prevent recurrent criminal activity. The Psychologist will play an integral role in caring for the mental health needs of offenders helping them with swift interventions and support services.
Qualifications:
* Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited psychology program.
* Internship/Residency: Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited internship program.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed clinical psychologist.
* License: Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist from any state.
