    Inside Sales Representative

    Are you a customer-first professional with a passion for providing solutions and support? Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Baltimore, MD branch. You'll serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email-based customer inquiries, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful sales experience.

    In this position, you'll support both individual customers and the Outside Sales teammanaging quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service that keeps projects on track and clients coming back.

    As an Inside Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

    Providing timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiriesHandling walk-in sales and guiding customers through product selectionsEntering and processing orders with precision and speedCollaborating with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demandCoordinating delivery schedules and providing updates to customersSupporting the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-upsMaintaining a clean and professional showroom and promoting featured productsAddressing and resolving customer issues proactively and professionallyPreparing and sending product samples, catalogs, and credit applicationsReviewing open sales reports and ensuring data integrityPulling counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer serviceWorking closely with the Branch Operations Manager and sales staff daily

    What You Bring to the Table

    RequiredPreferred1+ year in customer service or related position3+ years in inside sales or similar positionHigh School Diploma or GEDAssociate's degree in business, sales, or related field

    Skills & Abilities:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong multitasking and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalA collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to learn and operate company software, including CSDCustomer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering on promises
