    Wine Sales Representative


    Location: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, New Jersey, Connecticut
    Compensation: $52,000–$62,000+
    Type: Full-Time

    About the Role:

    Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a highly motivated Wine Sales Representative to join our team in the NYC Tri-State market (New York City boroughs, New Jersey, and Connecticut). The preferred home base is within the greater NYC area, with a territory covering accounts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

    This representative will inherit existing retail accounts with significant growth opportunity, particularly within on-premise accounts (restaurants, wine bars, country clubs, etc.). The primary goal will be to drive sales growth, increase placements, and build strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding service.

    You will work collaboratively with our internal team and supplier partners to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our business objectives. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for wine and a drive to succeed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Call on off- and on-premise accounts to present and sell wine and/or spirits to decision-makers.

    Increase product placements and open new accounts within the assigned territory.

    Develop and grow sales by maintaining direct relationships with retailers and on-premise buyers.

    Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls based on an assigned account route.

    Meet or exceed service expectations and sales goals.

    Collaborate with supplier reps and managers in the field to promote territory growth.

    Organize and participate in trade events and in-store tastings.

    Communicate with suppliers and account managers to support market initiatives.

    Enhance product visibility through shelf management, display optimization, and pricing strategy.

    Maintain consistent planning and goal-setting to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

    Follow through on issues important to management, customers, and suppliers.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum three years of wholesale experience, or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.

    Basic knowledge of both New and Old World wines, with a desire to continue learning.

    Proven ability to create opportunities and close sales.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.

    Tech-savvy and proficient with computers and mobile devices.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

    Skills:

    As a Wine Sales Representative, you will leverage your sales experience, adaptability, and mobile technology skills to manage customer accounts and drive revenue. Success in this role requires strong communication, sales acumen, teamwork, and a passion for wine. The ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively is key.

    Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing initiatives across our wine and spirits portfolio. This individual will oversee the development and execution of brand-building programs, sales support initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and market activation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

    The Marketing Director will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, suppliers, distributors, and external creative partners to develop impactful marketing strategies that strengthen Tri-Vin’s position within the beverage alcohol industry.

    This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Leadership

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across Tri-Vin’s portfolio of wine and spirits brands Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign development Align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives and sales priorities Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all marketing channels Identify opportunities to increase market visibility, consumer engagement, and brand awareness

    Brand Development & Activation

    Create and implement marketing programs that support both on-premise and off-premise channels Oversee seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, events, and activations Collaborate with suppliers and distributor partners to execute impactful marketing initiatives Manage the development of POS materials, presentations, digital assets, and sales support tools Drive innovative ideas that support distribution growth and customer engagement

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    Lead and mentor internal marketing and creative personnel Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and marketing partners Partner closely with sales leadership to support market priorities and national account initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership teams Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets

    Digital & Content Marketing

    Oversee website content, social media strategy, email marketing, and digital campaigns Ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with company branding and objectives Analyze digital and campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives Support content development for brand storytelling and consumer engagement

    Reporting & Performance Analysis

    Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact Utilize market trends and industry insights to inform strategic decisions Prepare regular reporting and presentations for executive leadership Identify opportunities for operational and marketing efficiencies

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beverage alcohol, CPG, or related industries Strong understanding of wine and spirits distribution, supplier relationships, and market activation Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution Proven leadership and team management experience Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and marketing platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand Design to support the development of high-impact marketing and sales materials across our portfolio of wine and spirits brands.

    This role will work closely with the Marketing Director, sales teams, suppliers, and external partners to create visually compelling materials that support brand growth, supplier initiatives, retail programs, digital campaigns, and market activations.

    The ideal candidate possesses strong creative skills, a passion for branding and storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.     Key Responsibilities:

    Graphic Design & Creative Development

    Design and produce marketing and sales materials including: Shelf talkers Sell sheets POS materials Posters Presentation decks Digital advertising assets Event signage Social media graphics Develop visually engaging creative assets that align with supplier and company brand standards Create original concepts and layouts for print and digital marketing campaigns Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all materials Support creative development for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and supplier initiatives

    Marketing & Sales Support

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and retail programs Assist with supplier activations, tasting events, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives Develop sales support materials for internal and external presentations Support digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email marketing assets, and social media content Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing asset libraries and brand files

    Production & Project Execution

    Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed Review proofs and ensure quality control across all printed and digital materials Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment Assist with printing, cutting, assembly, and distribution of POS materials when required Work closely with vendors and production partners to ensure timely execution of projects

    Collaboration

    Work closely with sales, suppliers, marketing partners, and production vendors to execute creative projects and marketing initiatives Incorporate feedback from leadership and stakeholders into final creative deliverables Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that support business objectives Support the continued evolution of Tri-Vin’s visual identity and marketing presence

    Qualifications:
