    Tri-Supply operates some of the largest and most comprehensive residential lighting, appliance, hardware, plumbing, window, and door showrooms in Texas. We are expanding our team at our established Conroe, Texas location, which now features a brand-new, state-of-the-art 35,000-square-foot showroom. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialists to join our team in helping customers identify their needs and guide them to the ideal products. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail sales professional with expertise in one or more of these product categories and who enjoys working with homeowners, builders, and designers.

    Skills and Experience Needed:

    Our established Conroe, TX Tri-Supply location is looking for Residential Delivery Drivers to handle and deliver building and home improvement products to the customer in a safe and timely manner. This position is best suited for someone that is comfortable with physically challenging but rewarding work.

    Skills and Experience Needed

    Delivering to residential construction sites within the local area.Self-motivated and disciplined individual.Strong work ethic and dedication.Responsible for managing all merchandise during deliveries.Timely completion of deliveries is important.Care for trucks and other company equipment is necessary.Additional duties may include loading trucks and assisting in the warehouse as needed.

    Requirements

    Valid Texas driver’s license.Experience operating a box truck and trailer.Commitment to safe and respectful driving practices.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.MVR, background check, and drug screening are required.Must be able and willing to follow instructions.Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.Understanding of what constitutes good customer service.

    Position Overview

    Tri Supply is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to oversee and enhance workplace safety across our warehouse, showroom, and delivery operations. The Safety Officer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety among all employees. This position is based in Austin, TX and requires monthly travel to all company locations.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and applicable state/local regulationsConduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsLead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actionsMaintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance recordsDeliver safety training programs including new hire orientations and equipment certificationConduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talksPartner with warehouse, showroom, and delivery teams to promote safe practicesOversee proper handling and storage of building materials and equipmentCoordinate emergency response planning and drillsTravel monthly to all Tri Supply locations to conduct safety evaluations and trainingTrack and analyze safety trends to reduce incidentsQualifications

    Required:

    High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of safety experience in warehouse, distribution, or construction-related environmentsOSHA 30 certificationExcellent communication, training, and organizational skills

    Preferred:

    Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related fieldStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standardsCertified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credentialFirst Aid/CPR certificationWork Environment

    Combination of office, warehouse, and retail showroom settings. Position is based in Austin, TX with required monthly travel to all Tri Supply locations.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and conduct inspections in operational environments.
