    Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, INC, is seeking a highly skilled, fellowship trained Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our team. As an Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with injuries or disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    Conduct patient consultations to assess their medical history and current condition

    Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans

    Develop and implement treatment plans for Orthopaedic patients, including surgical and non-surgical options

    Perform Orthopaedic surgical procedures on the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder

    Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

    Medical degree from an accredited institution

    Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program

    Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery

    Orthopaedic Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery

    Valid medical license with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work well in a private practice team environment

We employ 22 Physical Therapists and 4 Occupational/Certified Hand Therapists, offering comprehensive outpatient rehab, including aquatic therapy for our patients. In addition, we have an Orthotist on staff to assist with fitting/fabricating braces and orthotics, and an on-site EMG/Nerve Conduction Study specialist. We have office ultrasound, x-ray and offer Platelet Rich Plasma Injection Therapy among other services. We operate walk-in Ortho Urgent Care Centers for emergency visits and direct referrals.     Join our orthopaedics team of 10 fellowship-trained ortho physicians and 17 experienced physician assistants. We employ 22 Physical Therapists and 4 Occupational/Certified Hand Therapists, offering comprehensive outpatient rehab, including aquatic therapy for our patients. In addition, we have an Orthotist on staff to assist with fitting/fabricating braces and orthotics, and an on-site EMG/Nerve Conduction Study specialist. We have office ultrasound, x-ray and offer Platelet Rich Plasma Injection Therapy among other services. We operate walk-in Ortho Urgent Care Centers for emergency visits and direct referrals.     Due to practice growth, we are seeking a hand/shoulder/upper extremity orthopaedic surgeon to join our busy practice in 2026. The successful candidate will provide a high-level of patient-centered care, promote practice growth and work collaboratively as part of a team. Interest and availability to provide general orthopaedic care preferred. As an independent practice, we accept all major insurances with a healthy payor mix. Our practice is highly elective. Minimal on-call emergency coverage, no level I trauma. Call is 1:9. Excellent hours and competitive benefits.
