Responsibilities may include: Process ACH totals daily including ACH exceptions and return items Review and process share draft exceptions Process and manage ACH Originations Serve as primary liaison between members and the Credit Union on issues involving share draft and ACH services Ensure compliance with share draft and ACH rules and regulations Processes Writs, Levies, IRS notices within regulatory requirements Process or assist in processing incoming or outgoing wire transfers Assist in operating the accounting department in accordance to required regulations, GAAP, and board approved policy and procedures Prepare general ledger accounts reconciliations as assigned. Research and resolve any exceptions noted Maintain accounting files, records, and reports in accordance with guiding procedures and regulations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing Back-up and remain actively cross-trained for departmental work Qualifications: Requires at least three years of experience in a financial institution clerical, accounting, or related operational position.
