    Location: Chandler, AZSalary: $78k - $88k DOEPosition Summary:As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing strategic programs and ensuring alignment across engineering, production, operations, and supply chain functions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of high-impact programs—from concept and planning through execution and delivery—while ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and outcomes are aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale programs with multiple cross-functional project teamsDevelop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, and drive accountability across stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, ensuring smooth execution and timely deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and executive leadership on program progress, issues, and updatesEnsure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards across all phases of program executionContinuously evaluate and improve program management processes, tools, and best practicesDrive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and results within project teamsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldFamiliarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards (if applicable).Experience using quoting software or product costing tools.Technical knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes, materials, and components.Knowledge of large Test systems for Aero/Defense products5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentProven success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception to completionStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and engineering workflowsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification a plusWhy Join Us:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to drive impact in a growing, dynamic company with strong leadership and a clear vision Apply Today:If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
