Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university with a major or minor in therapeutic recreation, social work, sociology, psychology, occupational therapy, or related field.
· Qualified therapeutic recreation therapist or willing to complete a certification specialist training course through the State of Wisconsin.
· Two years of experience in social or recreational programs within the last 5 years, one of which was full-time in a therapeutic activities program.
