  The Joy Creator serves our guests in person and over-the-phone with creative celebration solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Joy Creators assist the Crafting department, perform light cleaning, and some clerical duties.Compensation:
  
  The Joy Creators will earn at least $11.25 per hour to start. Candidates may be further compensated based on their experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Abides by all NbC policies and proceduresUpholds NbC's image and brandKeeps case in retail area stocked with Bundtlets, 8”, and 10” cakes, and back-up sample traysMaintains par levels in cooler for case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs, and sample traysFolds cake boxesIntroduces walk-in guests to our bakery and provides guest tour presentationsAssists guests with walk-in orders while using creative celebration solutionsSuggests balloon sales, appropriate retail items, and up-sells with candles and cardsAssists phone guests by placing incoming ordersActs as last line of defense for ensuring brand standards are metOperates point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiencyGathers guest email addressesMaintains a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotionsKeeps retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandisedDusts all retail surfaces, including all counter tops, and POS stationsPerforms duties assigned by Crafting department such as fluffing bows and making design piecesAssists other departments as necessaryCandidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Description: About the Role: The Material Handler II position at the Manawa location provides support to the Warehouse and Production teams, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Operate standard and non-standard counterbalance lift equipment, turret truck lift equipment, pallet wrap equipment, weight scales, battery changing equipment, and other equipment as needed Train for the use of warehouse management system including the operation of computers, scanners, and printers. Process picks for pallets in rack locations and deliver them to appropriate staging location. Important Details: This is a full-time role starting at $25.76 per hour on our 2nd shift. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm.
