    About the Role :

    The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing material handlers in the loading and unloading of trucks, supplying production lines, and maintaining accurate inventory control within the warehouse and freezer operations. You will add value by performing the following duties, including but not limited to:

    Lead and support material handlers to ensure efficient warehouse and production support operations Manage inventory control for the warehouse, freezer, and production work orders through inventory reporting and cycle counts Ensure trucks are loaded with the correct product and shipped according to schedule Ensure incoming trucks are unloaded accurately and in a timely manner Verify forklift operators maintain valid certifications and follow all safety rules and procedures Assist in the training and development of warehouse employees while supporting company policies and procedures Maintain compliance with food safety, food quality, food defense standards, and perform other assigned duties Important D etails:

    About the Role:
    As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role at our corporate office based in Oak Brook, IL, by developing and delivering an accurate demand signal that supports supply planning, minimizes inventory costs, maintains strong service levels, and drives continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement to join our Corporate Procurement team based in Oak Brook, Illinois. In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across a complex portfolio of MRO and Facility Services spend, helping drive cost savings, strengthen supplier performance, and support enterprise-wide business priorities.

    This role oversees approximately $220M in spend across categories such as general industrial, power transmission, electrical, uniforms, pallets, water treatment, recycling, and other facility-related services. You will partner closely with senior leadership, plant and operational stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce total cost of ownership, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
