Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and TraineesWork in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every dayMake a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary teamHave the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment PlansApplicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.

Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills under the direction of a BCBARecord objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goalsMaintain effective communication with team members and supervisorsBeing open and receptive to feedbackRequirements:
· -Must be able to handle behaviors such as aggression, tantrums, self-injurious behaviors, and potty training. This may include implementing crisis intervention practices at times (we will provide the appropriate training). This may include lifting and/or transporting children as need be
· -High School degree
· -Pass a background check
· -RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician Certification)

COBA Certification
Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
