TampaPrinter.com is a busy, full-service print and sign shop looking for an experienced Graphic Designe/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an in-person role assisting customers both in-store and over the phone with quotes, orders, and general questions while also creating creating print-ready files for a wide range of products including business cards, brochures, signage, banners and similar items.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare artwork for print and wide-format outputCreate mockups and client proofs for approvalFollow brand guidelines and print specificationsCommunicate directly with customers when needed to finalize designsWork collaboratively with our production and sales teams to meet tight deadlinesManage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracyGreet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via emailProvide quotes, take orders, and guide customers through the production processReview artwork and ensure jobs are entered accurately into the systemCommunicate with production and design teams to ensure the timely completion of ordersMaintain a positive, professional attitude in a customer-focused environment
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production2+ years of experience in a print or sign shop environmentAbility to prepare clean, print-ready files with bleeds, crops, and proper resolutionExcellent time management and organizational skillsPositive attitude and a willingness to learn new processesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced settingWorking knowledge of common print products and terminologyExperience with job ticketing, proof approvals, and general order workflowBonus Skills:
Knowledge of wide-format printers and RIP softwareFamiliarity with sign industry materials and specs
