    About the Role

    We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our training programs. You’ll inspire, guide, and enroll applicants as they take the first step toward a better future. This is a high-energy, high-volume B2C (consumers) sales position ideal for confident closers—especially those who excel at building trust, motivating others, and helping people change their lives. All leads are warm — no cold calling.

    What You’ll Do

    Make 50–100+ outbound calls per day, plus texts and emails to inbound prospectsBuild rapport and guide students through the admissions and enrollment processExplain program options, financing opportunities, and job placement supportMotivate and support students as they commit to starting a new careerManage, update, and track leads in our CRM (HubSpot)Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goalsRepresent TransTech with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven Consumer Sales Experience (Automotive, Motorcycle, Trade School Admissions, USA Marine Corps Recruiters, Door to Door Home Improvement or other high ticket consumers sales etc.)

    Military recruiting experience is a major plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGoal-driven, confident closer with strong empathy and enthusiasmComfortable using CRM software and Microsoft OfficeHighly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the manufacturing facility through accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, inventory control, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in accelerating month-end close and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company policies, and internal controls. Initial focus will be to forge strong business partnerships and provide financial analysis/decision support to CTR’s Leadership Team to ensure profitable growth, and to drive improvements in accounting processes and automation.


    This role will also have upward career opportunities within Finance and Accounting, as well as the ability to pursue advancement opportunities in manufacturing, procurement, and general management organizations.

    Duties and Responsibilities


    Working closely with the Controller, the Senior Accountant provides financial insight into manufacturing operations, job costing, inventory management, and production performance to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.


    Job Description:

    Build strong business partnerships with the CTR Leadership Team and provide financial insights and decision support.Maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls and compliance procedures. Maintain and reconcile inventory balances and monitor inventory transactions. Analyze manufacturing costs, labor variances, material usage, and production efficiencies. Support the job costing system to ensure accurate project and production costing.Support and help lead new ERP implementation efforts in coordination with the controller and accounting team. Review financial data and trends for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness; investigate unusual variances and transactions. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses. Ensure accuracy of intercompany reconciliations and support issue resolution. Perform quality and compliance reviews of accounting transactions and reconciliations. Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting systems and reporting processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with plant operations leadership to improve cost controls and operational performance. Perform additional ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.


    Competencies:

    Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory accounting principles Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Possess the highest level of integrity and ethics.Continuous improvement orientation/process improvement mindset.Proven ability to forge strong cross-functional business partnerships.Willing to embrace change and able to implement change.Must possess a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a results orientation.Ability to interact with all levels of management and work in a team-oriented environment with a service attitude.Able to explain complex financial concepts and results to non-financial managers.Strong leadership, team building, and coaching/mentoring skills.Good planning and organization skills combined with strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Sound judgement and experience to apply to new situations.Solid understanding of GAAP accounting.A good knowledge of the rules governing the preparation of financial statements is required.Able to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize self and others to meet the Company’s expected delivery times for monthly closing, financial reporting, and other compliance deadlines.Good working knowledge of an ERP environment and how transactions interact.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    Experience:

    Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial services, or project-based accounting environments CPA or CMA certification preferred Experience with ERP implementations. Knowledge of job costing, standard costing, and intercompany accounting processes Experience supporting audits and tax preparation activities
