We also provide centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing, and collections, so our therapists can focus on providing world-class mental health services. General Accountabilities
Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.Involves and advises family members when appropriate.Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Job Qualifications
Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.Experience working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and family system issues.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals.Experience with tele-therapy or the willingness to learn.Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to client care.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Several years’ clinical experience preferred but not required.If you are a caring and compassionate mental health professional committed to providing excellent care to our clients, we encourage you to apply!
