The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator who can balance hands-on casework with supervising and mentoring staff while ensuring top-quality legal representation and client service.

     

    Responsibilities

    Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake to resolutionSupervise and mentor a large legal team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staffOversee case strategy including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparationConduct court appearances, conferences, and trials as necessaryEnsure compliance with New York court rules, deadlines, and firm policiesEvaluate cases for settlement and negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriersCollaborate with firm leadership on workflow, staffing, and case performance managementMaintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress

     

    Required Qualifications

    Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive admission to the New York State Bar
