Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve all new retail leases prior to issuance to prospective tenants.
Sign all residential leases, lease renewals, and legacy retail leases.
Legal, Compliance & Insurance
Oversee and coordinate with legal counsel on all residential and retail legal cases.
Serve as a notary for all office documents.
Act as the point person for company health insurance, including plan management and renewals.
IT & Administrative Leadership
Approve all IT-related purchases and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and cybersecurity standards.
Monitor employee attendance and enforce HR policies in collaboration with HR leadership.
Provide oversight of payroll processes across all building operations.
Strategic Leadership
Work closely with the executive team on long-term financial planning, investment strategy, and business development initiatives.
