We’re looking for a results-driven professional to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our company-wide referral ecosystem. As the Director of Referrals , you will be responsible for developing and executing the overarching referral growth strategy across all Trajector business lines — Trajector Medical, Trajector Disability, Outreach Legal, and Benefit Karma . Your mission is to dramatically expand the impact of our referral channels while reducing reliance on paid advertising as the primary source of new client acquisition. You’ll collaborate directly with the Presidents of each business line, as well as leaders from Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations, to build a seamless, scalable referral engine.
