Capital improvement planning including providing cost estimates, feasibility studies, and developing recommendations and innovative solutions Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis Obtaining, analyzing, PennDOT’s Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria/procedure HOP's· Assisting in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects. Reviewing construction site to monitor progress and other duties per the contract documents Serving as on-site project representative.Job Requirements
